Participants who currently serve on a board will learn how to improve their board decision making and execution.
The participants will be led by faculty members and distinguished practitioners and trusted advisors to some of the world’s most successful CEOs, serving on the boards of Google, Gazprom, World Economic Forum and United Nations.

Each curriculum module is designed with 70% experimental learning, 20% coaching and mentoring and 10% training.
With a unique blend of classroom training, access to relevant latest research and standards, and sessions with leading authorities to maximize the impact on each participant, providing executives with a practical hands-on setting to explore the latest thinking, practices and techniques to immediately apply new skills.
Between the two modules, a personal Board Effectiveness Profile Assessment and 360 degree Board Effectiveness Assessment combined with individual coaching and a personal development plan will be completed to ensure competencies go beyond the classroom.
