The Advanced Management Program (AMP) is a unique, two-session executive leadership experience that combines strategic management education, enterprise execution frameworks, and personal performance coaching. Integrating Leadership in Action
One of the most unique and transformative components of the Advanced Management Program is the Horse Leadership Training, delivered in partnership with von Rosing Horses SCEA at Château Du Grand Perray.
This module is not just an optional add-on—it is a central experiential learning track embedded into the AMP, designed to help executives unlock a deeper, embodied level of leadership.
Working with horses, participants are challenged to:
- Lead without words—using presence, energy, intention, and emotional congruence
- Develop a non-verbal leadership style rooted in trust, consistency, and clarity
