It’s no secret that we live in an age of extraordinary change. The Advanced Management Program with Individual Performance Coaching is designed by the Global University Alliance.

Unique practical approaches

The Advanced Management Program transforms proven leaders into more focused leaders with a global mindset. The program stands out as the only executive development program that enables the participants to apply Enterprise Standards i.e best practices (what works well), industry practices (performance accelerators), leading practice (outperforming patterns) and anti-patterns (what not to do). It instills new management expertise and cross-functional perspectives required to drive performance across domains and industries.

Establish new competencies to recognize changes in the market early – think strategically and then formulate the future. You will be building cross-functional skills to solve complex problems, create opportunities and make powerful impacts consistently, responding to evolving leadership challenges, exposing them to the latest groundbreaking ideas and techniques.

Learn, apply and impact

Between the two sessions, executives and management continue to work on designated personal business projects and start implementing the knowledge they have gained and receive individual coaching on their progress.

Learn to leave a lasting impact by building competencies in an interactive classroom setting. Each participant receives individual performance mentoring on a selected project.

During the intensive sessions each participant will explore how to apply leadership, management, strategy, and execution topics to their daily work. Participants explore a variety of topics through applying standards, patterns and techniques with individual performance coaching, and collaboration with diverse peers, creating a new foundation for better leadership and management.

No matter which option they choose, participants emerge from the Advanced Management Program as stronger and more focused leaders, better able to develop and communicate their strategy and execute change.

Certificates and degrees

The Advanced Management Program certification is accredited as part of the Global University Alliance executive development program.

Who should attend

The program is designed for experienced managers and C-level with 3-5 years of experience in management.

The Advanced Management Program is offered as 2 sessions, each session scheduling 4 days with 4 days of individual performance coaching.

Spring 2018 sessions: €19,200 Euro (excl. VAT)

Autumn 2018 sessions: €19,200 Euro (excl. VAT)

  • 8-10 October 2018 – Paris
  • 12-14 November 2018 – Paris

The individual registration program fee of €19,200 Euro covers tuition, handouts, case materials, conference facilities and team building games. Not included are travel and accommodations.
